Who are we, anyway?

Proformance Signings is a boutique service.

Yes, that means we're smaller, and we're proud of that!

When you call us, a human answers the phone, even after 4pm and on weekends.

We can fill General Notary orders immediately, in most cases, and Service Orders in 30 minutes to one hour.

We hold our Notaries to a high standard, with ongoing coaching and training opportunities available.

Our Notaries are personally vetted by our staff.

Their work is verified, as well as periodically reviewed to stay on our Signing Teams.

What IS a Signing Team?

A Signing Team is for someone who needs a Notary on a regular basis:

Realtors
Lenders
Escrow Officers
Title Agents
Transaction Coordinators
Investment Advisors
Attorneys

Your Signing Team consists of 3-5 Notary Signing Agents who become your go-to agents.

You get to know, like, and trust both them and their work.

Your Team is curated just for you, and will relieve the huge stress of wondering who you're going to get this time, and what your documents will look like!
